Pretty gift from friend

Yesterday I watched my friends' seven children while they went to a doctors appt. They have 6 girls and one boy and found out yesterday that they are expecting another girl!! They grow and sell vegetables, he works at the post office, she homeschools and they also grow pumpkins and flowers to sell, have goats and chickens and I don't know when they sleep with all of that going on!
